Chocolate Glaze
 
 
2 sq    Unsweetened chocolate, grated  
1/3 cups    Water, boiling  
1/4 cup    Butter, soft  
2 cups    Powered sugar  
 
In a blender, blend chocolate, water and butter. Add half the sugar and blend. Add remaining sugar until smooth and creamy.
