Cinnamon Rolls
 
 
3 cups    Milk  
1/2 cup    Butter or Margarine  
1 cup    Sugar  
1 tsp    Salt  
2 Tbs    Yeast  
1/4 cup    Warm water  
6 cups    Flour  
2 tsp    Cinnamon  
1/2 cup    Sugar  
3 Tbs    Butter, melted  
 
1 Melt margarine with milk. Mix with sugar and salt and set to cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
2 Add 3 cups of flour to milk. Beat until smooth. Add 3 more cups of flour and yeast. Mix until soft. Continue adding flour until dough is sticky to touch, but not gooey. (1-2 cups) Raise dough for 45 minutes.
3 Mix cinnamon and sugar together and melted butter. Roll dough out into a square. Spread with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix. Roll dough up into a log. Use a string to cut into 1-1/2" pieces.
4 Place pieces on a jelly roll pan. Allow to rise again until pieces are touching. (45 min) Bake 15-20 minutes at 375°.
5 Orange Rolls: 3 Tbp orange peel, 1/3 cup sugar, 3 Tbp butter, orange juice
 
Ready in: 2 hours and 30 minutes
