Cobbler Fruit
 
 
1 can    Pie filling  
1/2 cups    Butter  
1 cup    Flour  
1 cup    Sugar  
1 tsp    Baking powder  
pinch    Salt  
1   Egg, opt  
 
Pour fruit into the bottom of a greased 9x9 pan. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg. Spread mixture over fruit. Melt butter and drizzle over trying to cover as much as possible. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
