Creamy Mushroom Sauce
 
 
1 cup    Fresh mushrooms, sliced  
1/4 cup    Onions, chopped  
1 Tbs    Butter  
1 Tbs    Flour  
1/4 tsp    Salt  
1/8 tsp    Pepper  
2/3 cup    Milk  
1/2 cup    Sour cream or Plain Yogurt  
 
1 In a medium saucepan, cook mushrooms in butter until tender.
2 Stir flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir for one minute more.
3 Stir in sour cream or yogurt. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve with beef or poultry.
 
Yield: 1 1/2 Cups
