Crepes Suzette
 
 
4-6   Sweet crepes  
1/3 cups    Butter  
1/2 cups    Powdered sugar  
3 tbs    Orange juice  
1 tbs    Lemon juice  
2 tbs    Orange flavored liqueur  
1/2 tsp    Grated orange peel  
1 tbs    Brandy  
  Orange slices  
 
1 Fold crepes in quarters.
2 Combine butter, sugar, juices and lemon peel in large skillet. Heat gently until mixture is syrupy.
3 Stir in liqueur. Add folded crepes and turn each once to coat with sauce. Pour on brandy and light quickly with a match. Arrange on plates and garnish with orange slices.
