Fold crepes in quarters. |

Combine butter, sugar, juices and lemon peel in large skillet. Heat gently until mixture is syrupy. |

Stir in liqueur. Add folded crepes and turn each once to coat with sauce. Pour on brandy and light quickly with a match. Arrange on plates and garnish with orange slices. |
