Peaches, sliced |

Sweet Crepes |

Melt jam in saucepan and add peaches. Stir to coat. Cool completely. |

Put a line of cream down center of sweet crepe and top with peach mixture. Roll up. Pour 2 tbs syrup over filled crepe and garnish with more whipped cream and mint leaves. |
