Crepes-Savory Beef
 
 
1/2 tsp    Fresh garlic  
2 tbs    Dried onions  
1 lb    Ground beef, cooked  
1 can    Cream of mushroom soup  
1 pkg    Au jus gravy mix (prepare as directed)  
8-10   Crepes  
 
1 Add garlic and the onion to browned beef. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add soup and cook until bubbly.
2 Fill crepe and roll up. Pour a few tablespoons of gravy over top and garnish with sour cream.
