Eclair-Vanilla Filling
 
 
2/3 cups    Sugar  
1/2 tsp    Salt  
2-1/2 tbs    Cornstarch  
1 tbs    Flour  
3 cups    Milk  
3   Eggs  
3   Egg yolks(beaten)  
1 tbs    Butter  
1-1/2 tsp    Vanilla  
 
1 Mix dry ingredients. Gradually add milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and boiling. About 3 minutes.
2 Remove from heat, slowly stir in at least 1 cup mixture into egg yolks. Blend into hot mixture. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Blend in butter and vanilla. Cool
