Preheat oven to 400°. Heat water and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat for 1 minute or until it forms a ball. Remove from heat. |

Beat in eggs until smooth. Drop dough 1/4 cup full, 3" apart, onto ungreased baking sheet. Shape to 4-1/2 " long and 1-1/2" wide. |

Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden. Cool. |

Cut off tops and pull out any soft dough from the middle. Carefully fill Eclair with vanilla cream, nstant vanilla pudding or eclair filling recipe. |

Replace tops. Dust with powdered sugar or frost with chocolate icing. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
