Feta Chicken Bake
 
 
6   Chicken Breasts  
2 Tbs    Lemon Juice, divided  
1/4 tsp    Salt  
1/4 tsp    Pepper  
4 oz    Crumble Feta with basil and tomato  
1/4 cup    Red Peppers, finely chopped  
1/4 cup    Fresh Parsley, finely chopped  
 
Preheat oven to 350°. Put chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle with 1 Tbs lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Top with feta. Drizzle remaining lemon juice. Bake 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with red pepper and parsley.
