Crumble Feta with basil and tomato |

Red Peppers, finely chopped |

Preheat oven to 350°. Put chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle with 1 Tbs lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Top with feta. Drizzle remaining lemon juice. Bake 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with red pepper and parsley. |
