Flan
 
 
1 can    Sweetened condensed milk  
1 can    Evaporated milk  
1/2 can    Milk  
4   Eggs  
1   Cinnamon stick  
1/2 cups    Sugar  
1/2 tsp    Vanilla  
 
1 For the caramel: Melt Sugar on slow heat using a non-stick pan, when melted pour it in a round glass pan and let it cool.
2 Using a whisk, mix milks, eggs and vanilla. Pour into a glass pan and add the cinnamon stick on top of the mix and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
3 Tip: Place the flan in a different pan with water. That will make your flan moist.
