For the caramel: Melt Sugar on slow heat using a non-stick pan, when melted pour it in a round glass pan and let it cool. |

Using a whisk, mix milks, eggs and vanilla. Pour into a glass pan and add the cinnamon stick on top of the mix and bake for 1 hour at 350°. |

Tip: Place the flan in a different pan with water. That will make your flan moist. |
