Frappe
 
 
1 pkg    Strawberry Kool-Aid or Fruit Juice  
1 cup    Water  
1 cup    Sugar  
3 cups    Cold Water  
1/2 gal    Vanilla or Strawberry ice cream  
1/2 gal    7-up or Strawberry Soda or Ginger ale  
 
1 Kool-Aid Concentrate: Empty packet of Kool-aid into large glass measuring cup. Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Stir and simmer together for 3 minutes in the microwave to dissolve the sugar.
2 Add approximately 3 cups of cold water to 1 cup of the Kool-aid concentrate. Add this quart of Kool-aid mixture to 1/2 gallon of ice cream, cut into chunks.
3 Fill the punch bowl or container with 7-up. Blend in the ice cream to creamy thick consistency. Potato masher works well.
