Kool-Aid Concentrate: Empty packet of Kool-aid into large glass measuring cup. Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Stir and simmer together for 3 minutes in the microwave to dissolve the sugar. |

Add approximately 3 cups of cold water to 1 cup of the Kool-aid concentrate. Add this quart of Kool-aid mixture to 1/2 gallon of ice cream, cut into chunks. |

Fill the punch bowl or container with 7-up. Blend in the ice cream to creamy thick consistency. Potato masher works well. |
