Fried Rice
 
 
2   Eggs  
2 tbs    Water  
2 tbs    Vegetable oil  
3   Green onions  
3 cups    Rice, cooked, cooled  
1/4 lb    Shrimp or chicken, cooked  
3 tbs    Soy sauce  
 
1 Beat eggs and water together until blended. Set aside.
2 Heat oil until hot in a fry pan or wok on medium heat. Add dried onions and stir fry 30 seconds. Add egg mixture and scramble.
3 Stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains. Add meat and soy sauce, cook and stir until heated.
