Beat eggs and water together until blended. Set aside. |

Heat oil until hot in a fry pan or wok on medium heat. Add dried onions and stir fry 30 seconds. Add egg mixture and scramble. |

Stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains.
Add meat and soy sauce, cook and stir until heated. |
