Frito Salad
 
 
1 head    Iceberg Lettuce, torn pieces  
2   Tomatoes, diced  
8 oz    Catalina dressing  
10 oz    Bag of corn Fritos, crushed  
6   Green onions, diced  
15 oz    Kidney beans, drained  
2 cups    Cheddar cheese, grated  
 
Mix together lettuce, tomatoes, onions, beans and cheese. Refrigerate. Just before serving add dressing and fritos.
