Fruit Smoothie
 
 
1 handful    Spinach  
2 handful    Any fruit, mix match  
1 handful    Melon or 1/2 banana to sweeten  
1-1/2 cups    Soy milk, milk, water or a combination  
 
1 Place spinach on bottom of blender, then add remaining fruit and 3/4 cup liquid. Blend adding liquid until reaches consistency desired.
2 Makes approx. 2 cups
 
Servings: 1
Yield: 2 cups
