Fruit Smoothies
 
 
4 cups    Fruit, frozen, fresh or canned, drained  
1 1/3 cup    Powdered Milk  
1 cup    Water  
1 cup    Ice cubes  
3 Tbs    Powdered sugar, opt  
1 1/2 tsp    Vanilla  
 
1 Combine all ingredients in blender. Mix until smooth.
2 For a tropical drink, try a mixture of mango, papaya, and pineapple to make 4 cups of fruit.
