Funnel Cakes
 
 
2   Eggs, lightly beaten  
1/4 cups    Brown Sugar, packed  
1-1/2 tsp    Baking Powder  
1-1/2 cups    Milk  
2 cups    Flour  
1/4 tsp    Salt  
  Oil  
  Powdered sugar or Cinnamon sugar  
 
1 In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, and brown sugar. Combine dry ingredients and beat into eggs mixture until smooth.
2 In an electric skillet, heat oil to 375°.
3 Cover bottom of a funnel with your finger and put half a cup of batter into funnel. Release finger and move funnel in a spiral motion until funnel is empty. Fry for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
4 Drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.
