Cook beef, potatoes, chile, and onion slowly. When meat is done, add cominos, salt and water. Add chile. Simmer 10-15 minutes or until thickened. |

Spread 1/6 of the mixture on each warmed tortilla and roll up. Burros can be made with any kind of filling; taco, eggs with chorizo etc. |
