Soak beans overnight or pressure cook them for about 15 minutes so they are soft.
Then put them in a large sauce pan and cover with water and cook until really soft or the consistency you desire. |

Se mojan the garlic along with onion, green pepper, cilantro.
In a fry pan; heat olive oil, sopitas and tomato paste.
Add spices to the fry pan and stir until everything is covered.
Add Mixture to beans and finish cooking until soft.

Note: Before adding spices make sure you don't have tons of water with your beans so it isn't watered down. |
