Habichuelas Rojas
 
 
  Beans  
1/4 cup    Onion, finely cut  
1   Green pepper, finely cut  
7   Strands of cilantro  
1-1/2 tbs    Olive oil  
2   Sopitas  
1-2 tbs    Tomato Paste  
 
1 Soak beans overnight or pressure cook them for about 15 minutes so they are soft. Then put them in a large sauce pan and cover with water and cook until really soft or the consistency you desire.
2 Se mojan the garlic along with onion, green pepper, cilantro. In a fry pan; heat olive oil, sopitas and tomato paste. Add spices to the fry pan and stir until everything is covered. Add Mixture to beans and finish cooking until soft.
3 Note: Before adding spices make sure you don't have tons of water with your beans so it isn't watered down.
