Honey graham crackers
 
 
2 cups    Whole wheat flour  
2 tsp    Baking powder  
1/2 tsp    Salt  
3 Tbs    Brown sugar  
1/2 cup    Butter or margarine  
2 Tbs    Honey  
3 Tbs    Milk  
 
1 Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar. Cut in butter. Mix together honey and milk. Add to flour mixture. Mix until dough sticks together. Knead a dozen strokes.
2 Roll out between waxed paper, 1/4 of the dough at a time. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cut with a pizza cutter. Make holes with a fork or toothpick.
3 Bake 8-10 minutes at 375° until lightly browned. Remove the outside crackers as they brown and continue baking the center ones if necessary.
