Mix all ingredients except last 3 ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 qt casserole. Mix Brown sugar and 1 Tbs cocoa. Sprinkle on batter. Pour hot water on batter. |

Bake at 350° for 30-35 mintures. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. |
