Hot Italian Bread Dip
 
 
1 cup    Mayonnaise  
1 cup    Sour cream  
2 1 oz pkg    Italian Salad Dressing Mix  
1/4 cup    Red Bell Peppers, finely diced  
1/8 cup    Green Onions, thinely sliced, opt  
1 1/2 cups    Gruyere Cheese or Swiss, grated  
  Extra Virgin Olive Oil  
  Italian Bread or French bread, Rye, sliced  
 
1 Mix all ingredients, except the bread slices, together in a bowl. Generously grease shallow casserole dish with olive oil and place mayonnaise mixture inches.
2 Bake at 350*F. for 30-35 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
3 Serve with bread slices and enjoy!
