Preheat open to 400°. Completely defrost your chicken, then remove the tips from the wings. Brush each chicken wing with vegetable oil. |

In a large sealable mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk together seasonings. |

Place chicken into the bowl with the dry rub mix. Cover with lid, and vigorously shake the chicken until evenly coated. |

Place seasoned chicken wings in a baking dish, and cook for about half an hour, or until they reach a desired doneness. Half way through baking, sprinkle with remaining seasonings and continue cooking. |
