Hot Wings Dry Rub
 
 
24   Chicken Wings  
1/2 cup    Brown Sugar  
3 tsp    Chili Powder  
3 tsp    Paprika  
1 Tbs    Ground Cumin  
1 tsp    Cayenne Pepper  
2 Tbs    Garlic Powder  
3 tsp    Ground Mustard  
2 tsp    Salt  
1 tsp    Black Pepper  
 
1 Preheat open to 400°. Completely defrost your chicken, then remove the tips from the wings. Brush each chicken wing with vegetable oil.
2 In a large sealable mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk together seasonings.
3 Place chicken into the bowl with the dry rub mix. Cover with lid, and vigorously shake the chicken until evenly coated.
4 Place seasoned chicken wings in a baking dish, and cook for about half an hour, or until they reach a desired doneness. Half way through baking, sprinkle with remaining seasonings and continue cooking.
