Hot Wings
 
 
35   Fresh or Frozen Chicken Wings  
1-1/2 cups    Barbecue sauce  
1/4 cup    Honey  
2 tsp    Mustard, spicy  
2 tsp    Worcestershire sauce  
dash    Tabasco Sauce opt.  
 
1 Frozen chicken should be run under warm water to remove ice. Rinse and pat dry. Fry the wings in oil until golden; about 6-8 minutes per batch. Remove from fryer and place on paper towels to drain. Then arrange on a cookie sheet
2 In a small bowl, combine barbeque sauce, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and a small drop of Tabasco.
3 Pour sauce over chicken wings. Cook at 375° for about 15 minutes. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
