Lasagna
 
 
10 oz    Lasagna noodles - 9 noodles  
1 lb    Ground beef  
28 oz    Spaghetti sauce (3 cups)  
1 lb    Mozzarella cheese  
  Parmesan cheese  
3 cups    Cottage cheese, drained  
7 oz    Ricotta cheese  
1 tsp    Salt  
1/2 tsp    Black pepper  
2 tbs    Parsley Flakes  
1   Egg, beaten  
 
1 Cook, drain and rinse lasagna noodles. Brown beef. Add beef to spaghetti sauce. Simmer 20 minutes uncovered if sauce is made from scratch. Mix cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, parsley and egg.
2 Layer: 9x13 pan 3 noodles on bottom 1/2 cottage cheese mixture 1/2 meat sauce 1/2 mozzarella cheese Repeat........Use any remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese on top.
3 Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
