Lemon Glaze
 
 
1/3 cup    Butter or Margarine  
2 cups    Powdered sugar  
1/2 tsp    Lemon peel, grated  
2-4 tbs    Lemon Juice  
 
Heat butter until melted. Blend in powdered sugar and lemon peel. Stir in lemon juice 1 Tbsp at a time.
