Lemon Pound Cake
 
 
1   Cake mix, yellow  
1 pkg    Lemon pudding  
3/4 cup    Oil  
3/4 cup    Water  
1 tbs    Lemon extract  
5   Eggs  
1 cup    Powdered sugar  
1/4 cup    Lemon juice  
 
1 Beat cake mix, pudding, oil, water, extract and eggs. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
2 Filling: Mix sugar and lemon juice together and pour over cake while still hot.
 
Ready in: 1 hour and 30 minutes
