Meatballs - Sweet & Sour
 
 
1 lb    Ground beef  
1 cup    Ketchup  
1/4 cup    Water  
2 tsp    Mustard  
1/2 tsp    Onion powder  
2 tsp    Vinegar  
4 Tbs    Brown Sugar  
1 dash    Worcestershire sauce  
1 dash    Parsley Flakes  
 
1 Combine all ingredients except beef. Add 1/4 of mixture to beef. Roll beef into 1" balls.
2 In a greased skillet, place meatballs and cover with remaining sauce. Cover and cook at 250° for 10 minutes or until done.
