Meringue Cookies
 
 
1   Egg white  
1 dash    Salt  
1 dash    Cream of tartar  
1/2 tsp    Vanilla  
6 tbs    Sugar  
6 oz    Chocolate chips  
 
Beat egg white, salt, and cream of tartar to soft peak. Beat vanilla and sugar to stiff peak. Fold in chocolate chips. Line cookie sheet with brown ungreased paper bag. Drop by teaspoon onto sheet. Bake at 300° for 25 minutes.
