Mexican Beef and Chip Casserole
 
 
1 lb    Ground Beef  
1 sm    Onion, chopped  
1/4 tsp    Garlic powder  
10 3/4 oz can    cream of Mushroom soup  
4 oz    Diced Green Chilies  
11 oz    Tortilla chips  
10 oz    Enchilada Sauce  
2 cups    Monterey Jack cheese, grated  
 
1 Crumble ground beef into a 1 quart casserole. Add onion and garlic powder. Microwave High 4-5 minutes or until meat is set. Stir to break meat into pieces; drain well. Stir in soup and chilies.
2 In a 2 quart casserole layer 1/3 tortilla chips, 1/2 of the meat mixture, 1/2 enchilada sauce, and 1/2 of cheese; repeat layers. Top with remaining chips. Microwave High 8-10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
