Crumble ground beef into a 1 quart casserole. Add onion and garlic powder. Microwave High 4-5 minutes or until meat is set. Stir to break meat into pieces; drain well. Stir in soup and chilies. |

In a 2 quart casserole layer 1/3 tortilla chips, 1/2 of the meat mixture, 1/2 enchilada sauce, and 1/2 of cheese; repeat layers. Top with remaining chips. Microwave High 8-10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
