Oatmeal Pancakes
 
 
1 cup    Flour  
1 cup    Quick Oats  
2 cups    Milk or ¼ c dry and water  
1 tsp    Salt  
2 Tbs    Sugar  
1/4 cup    Vegetable oil  
2 tsp    Baking Powder  
1 tsp    Baking Soda  
2   Eggs  
 
1 Put all ingredients in a medium bowl and beat by hand until smooth.(If using dry milk, put all ingredients into the bowl except water. Add water little at a time while beating to get the consistency of the batter you like.
2 Pour 1/2 cup of batter onto hot griddle. Cook until pancakes are puffed and dry along edges. Turn and cook other side until golden brown.
3 (Hint: Top the pancake with a pat of butter after you flip it while it's still on the griddle.)
