Omelet Bake
 
 
1-2 cups    Cheddar cheese  
6   Eggs  
1/2 cup    Milk  
  Salt & Pepper  
 
1 Spray cooking oil in a 9 x 9 baking pan. Sprinkle bottom of pan with cheddar cheese. Place pan in oven until cheese is melted (about 6 min).
2 Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour mixture over cheese. With a fork, pull cheese up through egg mixture.
3 Cook for 15-20 minutes at 375°.
