Spray cooking oil in a 9 x 9 baking pan. Sprinkle bottom of pan with cheddar cheese. Place pan in oven until cheese is melted (about 6 min).

Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour mixture over cheese. With a fork, pull cheese up through egg mixture.

Cook for 15-20 minutes at 375°. |
