Oreo Layer Dessert
 
 
1 pkg    Oreo Cookies  
1/2 cup    Butter  
8 oz    Cream Cheese  
1 cup    Powdered Sugar  
16 oz    Cool Whip  
1 lg box    Instant Chocolate Pudding mix  
 
1 Crumble Oreo cookies in a plastic bag with rolling pin or in mixer with the hook. Set aside 2 1/2 cups. Melt butter and pour the rest of the crumbs and butter in 9 X 13 pan. Pat down together.
2 Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar; add 8 oz of Cool Whip. Mix and spread over cookie layer. Make pudding according to directions and let set up slightly. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Spread remaining 8 oz of Cool Whip and sprinkle with the rest of the Oreo crumbs. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
