Peach Pie
 
 
1 cup    Sugar  
4 tbs    Cornstarch  
1 cup    Water  
2 tbs    Lemon juice  
dash    Salt  
1/4 cup    Butter or Margarine  
4-6   Peaches, sliced  
 
1 Cook all ingredients in a saucepan until thickened. Cool. Add Peaches.
2 Pour into a baked pie shell and chill. Add whipped topping. Garnish with finely rolled graham cracker crumbs.
