Peanut Butter Fingers
 
 
1 cup    Butter or Margarine  
1 cup    Sugar  
1 cup    Brown sugar  
2/3 cup    Peanut butter  
2   Eggs  
1 tsp    Vanilla  
1/2 tsp    Salt  
2 cups    Flour  
1 tsp    Baking soda  
2 cups    Oatmeal, quick  
 
1 Cream butter, sugars, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients to creamed mixture and press into a large cookie sheet sprayed with pam.
2 Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes. Do not over cook. Cool for 10 minutes.
3 Spread with peanut butter. Let completely cool and frost with chocolate frosting.
