Pecan Pie Classic
 
 
3   Eggs, slightly beaten  
1 cup    Corn syrup  
1 cup    Sugar  
2 tbs    Margarine  
1 tsp    Vanilla  
1-1/2 cups    Pecan halves  
1 9"    Unbaked pastry shell  
 
1 In large bowl stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell.
2 Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. If desired, serve with whipped cream.
