Potato Classic Salad
 
 
4 cups    Potatoes (6med), cooked, cubed  
2   Eggs, hard cooked, chopped  
1 cup    Mayonnaise  
1 cup    Celery, sliced  
1/2 cup    Onion, chopped  
2 tbs    Vinegar  
1-1/2 tsp    Salt  
1 tsp    Sugar  
1/4 tsp    Pepper  
 
Combine mayo, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover. Chill.
 
Yield: 5 cups
