Potato Salad
 
 
12 med    Potatoes, cubed  
6+   Hardboiled Eggs, chopped  
1-1/2 cups    Salad dressing (miracle whip)  
1 tsp    Mustard  
1+ Tbs    Milk  
1/2 tsp    Onion Powder  
1/8 tsp    Celery salt  
1/2 tsp    Salt  
1/4 tsp    Pepper  
1 Tbs    Sweet pickle juice  
1/4 cup    Sweet pickles, chopped (opt)  
 
1 Wash, peel and cube potatoes. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes, and cook for about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain, and set aside.
2 Meanwhile, in a large bowl mix remaining ingredients, holding back two eggs for garnish.
3 Combine potatoes with dressing while still warm. Place remaining sliced eggs over top, sprinkle with paprika.
