Pumpkin Pound Cake
 
 
1 cup    Vegetable oil  
2 cups    Sugar  
3   Eggs  
2 cups    Pumpkin Pie Filling  
3 cups    Flour, sifted  
2 tsp    Baking Powder  
1/2 tsp    Baking Soda  
1 tsp    Ginger  
1 tsp    Cinnamon  
1 tsp    Allspice  
 
1 Combine oil, sugar, eggs and pumpkin. Sift together flour, spices, baking powder and soda. Add to first mixture adn blend well.
2 Bake in greased and flouted tub pan for 30 minutes at 350°. Turn oven to 275° and bake for 30 minutes more. Cool in pan 10 minutes. This cake freezes well wrapped in foil.
