Quiche Lorraine
 
 
1 9"    Pie crust, unbaked  
1 cup    Swiss cheese, shredded  
6 slices    Bacon, cooked and crumbled  
1/4 cup    Ham, minced  
2   Green onions  
1/2   Green Pepper, chopped  
3   Eggs, slightly beaten  
1 cup    Light cream  
1/2 tsp    Lemon Peel, grated  
1/2 tsp    Salt  
1/4 tsp    Dry Mustard  
 
1 Bake unpricked pastry shell for 5 minutes at 425°. Remove from oven and arrange cheese, bacon, and ham in bottom of shell. Sprinkle with green onion and green pepper.
2 In medium bowl combine eggs, cream, lemon peel, salt, and dry mustard. Pour evenly over cheese mixture. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until set Remove from heat and let stand about 10 minutes before serving. Cut pie into 6 servings.
