Salmon Coconut Marinade
 
 
3/4 cup    Dark Beer  
1/2 cup    Soy sauce  
1 tbs    Vegetable oil  
1 tbs    Lemon juice  
1/8 tsp    Salt  
1/8 tsp    Pepper  
1 clove    Garlic, minced  
1/2 tsp    Coconut extract  
  Salmon  
 
Mix all ingredients together and set aside to marinate for 1 hour. Broil or grill salmon for 5 minutes on each side.
