Salmon Orange Marinade
 
 
1/4 cup    Orange juice  
1/4 cup    Soy sauce  
1/4 cup    Cream sherry  
  Salmon  
1/4 cup    Dijon mustard  
2 tbs    Ginger  
2 tbs    Honey  
  Green onions (opt)  
  Lemon slices (opt)  
  Coconut extract (opt)  
 
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a zip lock bag with salmon. Marinate for 1 Hour. Grill or broil 5 minutes on each side, basting frequently.
