Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Spread on a 12" plate. |

Scatter shrimp over chez layer. Cover with cocktail sauce. Add a layer of Mozzarella chez, a layer of green peppers and a layer of green onions. Arrange diced tomato in center. |

Cover with plastic wrap and chill. Serve with crackers. |
