Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs together. Sift together cream of tarter, soda, and salt. Combine mixtures together.

Mix together cinnamon and sugar. Make 1" Balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes. |
