Sopaipillas
 
 
4 cups    Flour  
1 tsp    Salt  
4 tsp    Baking powder  
4 tbs    Fat  
2   Eggs, beaten  
1/2 cup    Sugar  
  Water or Milk  
 
1 Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Cut fat into flour. Combine eggs and sugar then add to flour mixture. Add enough milk or water to make a medium dough neither stiff nor soft. Let dough stand for 10-15 Minutes.
2 Roll circles 1/4 inch thick and cut into fourths. Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
