Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Cut fat into flour. Combine eggs and sugar then add to flour mixture. Add enough milk or water to make a medium dough neither stiff nor soft. Let dough stand for 10-15 Minutes. |

Roll circles 1/4 inch thick and cut into fourths. Fry in deep fat until golden brown. |
