In a bowl combine all marinade ingredients. Place meat into baking dish, pour marinade over meat. Cover tightly and let marinate for 24 hours. Turning occasionally. |

Heat oven to 300°. Bake meat 3 1/2 hours or until tender. Can be served with additional barbecue sauce. |
