Bring sugar, syrup and water to a hard crack stage or 310. Do not stir while boiling. When stopped boiling, add flavoring and coloring. Pour onto 2 greased cookie sheets.

To thin: Pull out with spoon, cool, and break into pieces. |

Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm. |
