Sticky Chicken
 
 
1 1/2 lbs    Chicken breasts, cut into strips  
1 cup    Apricot or Plum Jam (1/2 jam 1/2 nectar)  
1 cup    Catalina Salad Dressing or Barbecue sauce  
1/2 pkg    Lipton dry onion soup mix  
 
1 In a non-stick fry pan, over medium high heat, saute the chicken strips until lightly browned. Combine the rest of the ingredients, stir to mix, and pour over the chicken. Bring to a boil, turn the heat to low, partially cover (open vent in lid, or slightly angle lid on pan). Simmer 15-20 minutes.
2 Serve chicken and some sauce over steamed rice. (Brown rice or white rice).
