Sweet & Sour Chicken Glaze
 
 
  Chicken, sliced, uncooked  
2 Tbs    Corn Starch  
¼ cup    Soy sauce  
¾ cup    Sugar  
1/3 cup    Vinegar  
2/3 cup    Water  
1   Green Pepper, sliced  
  Pineapple chunks  
 
1 Add enough water to cornstarch to made a paste. In a small saucepan, bring soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and water to a boil. As soon as it comes to a boil, add cornstarch paste.
2 Pour into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle on peppers and pineapple. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
