Add enough water to cornstarch to made a paste. In a small saucepan, bring soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and water to a boil. As soon as it comes to a boil, add cornstarch paste. |

Pour into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle on peppers and pineapple. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. |
