Sweet & Sour Chicken
 
 
4   Chicken Breasts  
1 cup    Ketchup  
1/4 cup    Water  
2 tsp    Mustard  
2 tsp    Vinegar  
4 Tbs    Brown Sugar  
1 dash    Worcestershire sauce  
1 dash    Parsley Flakes  
 
1 Brown chicken. Combine remaining ingredients.
2 In a greased skillet, place Chicken and cover with sauce. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until done. Serve with rice or noodles.
